I had never been to the gym before, but my friend Jamie recently bought a new gym membership where she can take a friend for free and I went with her. I really don;t know what I’m supposed to do at the gym so its a ll a little overwhelming. We ended up doing just the elliptical but we did it for an hour. I really want to start some weight training because I want to get toned and strong, but I just don’t know what to do or what equipment to use.
I’m really thinking about starting my own membership and try to meet with a trainer. I really need to get off my ass and gym it up, no more excuses that I don’t have any time. I just have time that I don’t use wisely.

I slacked a ton this past weekend and the past couple days, but I got back on track yesterday. Here’s to making this a lifestyle.
Really, really needed to hear this after how much I cheated last night and today. Back on track tomorrow :)
